Ability to cross-question and assess candidates' alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit. ● Specialized Role Hiring: Work independently on niche technology roles, using innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. ● Boolean Search Expertise: Proficient in utilizing Boolean search techniques on platforms like Naukri, Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and others to source qualified candidates. ● Negotiation & Engagement: Drive effective negotiation conversations, ensuring candidate expectations are aligned with company offerings while balancing internal stakeholder requirements. Must-Have Superpowers: ● Product Company Recruitment Savvy: Your knowledge of the market for tech talent in India is second to none.
