JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE – CST EXECUTIVE (CLIENT SOLUTION TEAM)COMPANY NAME- NAVAIR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITEDJOB LOCATION- GOVINDPURI, DELHIQUALIFICATION PREFERRED – GRADUATION IN RELEVANT FIELDEXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 3-4 YEARSKey Responsibilities:Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination and project execution.Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.Read and interpret technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Calculate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects.Work efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management.Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel.Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams for project progress and delivery.Requirements:Excellent coordination skills with clients and internal teams.Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for professional email correspondence.Ability to read and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Proficiency in quantity estimation of doors and related hardware accessories.Experience working on ERP portals is preferred.Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.Technical background (Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field) or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fire door/partition manufacturing or a similar industry.Prior experience in project coordination.Send your CV to resume@
