Our commitment to quality ensures that we deliver products that meet the refined tastes of our clients globally.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage end-to-end sample development for our buyers. The role involves coordinating with design, production, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of high-quality samples.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with buyers/merchandisers for sample requirements, specifications, and approvalsPrepare and maintain sample sheets, BOMs, and development trackersFollow up with internal teams (design, production, finishing, packaging) for timely sample completionEnsure all samples meet buyer quality standards and specificationsManage labelling, barcoding, packing, and dispatch of samplesMaintain sample inventory and organize sample room efficientlyHandle courier bookings and ensure on-time deliveryCommunicate timelines, delays, or issues proactivelyAssist in pricing documentation and costing sheets when requiredMaintain proper record of sample approvals, comments, and iterationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred (Merchandising / Design / Business background is a plus)1–3 years of experience in sample coordination or merchandising (export house experience preferred)Strong follow-up skills with ability to multitaskGood communication skills (English + Hindi)Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentationDetail-oriented, organized, and deadline-drivenAbility to work with cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferFast-growing work environment with strong learning opportunitiesExposure to global buyers and product development processesSupportive team culture at a leading handicrafts export house
