The role involves conducting legal due diligence of land and property, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on property-related matters, and ensuring compliance with property laws. The candidate will also be responsible for conveyancing activities including sale deeds, lease deeds, and other property-related transactions.Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing - Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice - Proficient in Law, particularly related to land and property - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work on-site and collaborate with other teams - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher - Relevant experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
