Implement communication, counselling, and interventions to boost morale. Proactively resolve issues through dialogue and conflict resolution. Conduct monthly union meetings and close grievances. Ensure implementation of LTS terms.Statutory Compliance & Governance Ensure statutory compliance and monitor audit scores. Educate CFT on compliance to prevent deviations. Liaise with government authorities. Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety. Drive HR budgeting.People Development Design initiatives for productivity, welfare, and development. Build a skilled workforce and long-term manpower strategy.Business Partnership Maintain organization fill rate. Strengthen onboarding touchpoints. Drive talent reviews.Productivity Improvement Design and lead productivity projects in collaboration with CFT.Required skillsets and Education:Qualification: MBA (HR / MLM) Knowledge: Labour Laws, IR, ER, HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel Experience: 12- 15 years of experience
