They will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and guarantee customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions for both individual and group travel needs.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management - Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations - Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client concerns and create positive travel experiences - Excellent organizational and planning skills for managing both individual and group departures - Relevant qualifications or certifications in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality are a plus - Knowledge of adventure, wildlife, and offbeat tourism is advantageous
