The individual will oversee system and network administration, ensuring seamless operations of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing SCCM, Intune, and MDM platforms, maintaining network security, troubleshooting issues, and performing proactive system maintenance. This role also involves developing and updating documentation, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications- Proficiency in System Administration, SCCM, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Expertise in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance - Solid understanding of Network Security and Information Technology protocols - Strong Troubleshooting skills for resolving system and network-related issues - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are desirable - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Experience with compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 or other industry regulations, is an advantage
