We are expanding our editorial and creative team and looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong Motion Graphics abilities to help elevate our visual quality.Key Responsibilities- Edit news videos, interviews, explainers, and YouTube content with high-speed turnaround. - Create engaging motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, animated titles, and info-graphics. - Craft compelling narratives using footage, sound, effects, and visual elements. - Re-purpose long videos into shorts, reels, and vertical content with strong hooks. - Work closely with anchors, producers, and the editorial team to maintain brand style. - Color correction, audio cleanup, sound mixing & final output delivery. - Manage media assets, project files, and follow an efficient workflow. - Add creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience retention. - Ensure high-quality exports optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.Required Skills- Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve. - Motion Graphics proficiency in After Effects (must-have). - Ability to design animated elements, info-graphics, transitions, and explainer visuals. - Strong understanding of pace, storytelling, music beats & editorial sensibility. - Knowledge of aspect ratios, social-first editing & digital content trends. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce fast, clean edits.Preferred Qualifications- 1–5 years of experience in news, digital media, YouTube channels, or content studios. - Experience editing political, social, or ground-reporting content is a plus. - Basic graphic design skills in Photoshop/Illustrator. - Understanding of YouTube analytics & retention strategy is an advantage.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital news brand. - Creative freedom and a supportive newsroom environment. - Competitive salary (based on experience). - Chance to grow into senior editorial/creative roles.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn and submit the google form /4pm2025
