This role involves working directly with the founder, driving key projects and ensuring smooth execution across different and all verticals.Job Description:- Understanding: Detailed understanding of our work, partner non-profit organisations & the impact they create, donor profiles - Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives - across fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, and process design - Project Management: Track progress across multiple social-sector projects, ensuring timely delivery, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and partner NGOs. - Research & Insights: Conduct deep research on industry trends, funding models, and partnership opportunities (both donor and NGO side). Translate insights into actionable recommendations - Data & Reporting: Support in preparing presentations, board decks, donor reports, and impact dashboards. Analyse results to drive accountability and storytelling. - Correspondence: Manage professional correspondence and hand holding with NGO partners, applicants and donors, —ensuring timely submissions, clarity and accuracy - Operational Support: Assist with Monitoring & Evaluation tasks and other cross-functional needs that arise in a dynamic, fast-moving start-up environment - Digital Media – supervise and support the social media management team for effective digital marketing presence and engagement - Provide assistance in everything that may be required in a start-up working environmentWho you are:- Grounded !
