Cost ControllerKey ResponsibilitiesPreparation of project cost forecast and cost trend analysis.Maintain schedules and keep project resources on track.Preparation of Cost Planning, Cost Estimation, Construction Billing Schedule, Control Budget, Cashflow, Flash report on profitability analysisPreparation of Budget, Project cost Report, Change order management.Aiding for the preparation of cost estimation of EPC/LSTK projects.Preparing inputs for Vendor/subcontractor rate negotiation, preparation of work order with conditions of ContractProvide regular briefings to the Project Manager and Head Office, presenting project financials, cost overrun / saving issues and concerns.Prepare and process project change order and track schedule change, assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly review reports by management and participate in the project close-out phase. Requirements :Bachelor's Degree (BE/B-Tech) in any discipline (Preferably Mechanical)Postgraduate from NICMAR will be preferred and CCP certification would be highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in a costing engineer Excellent communication skills, command in both written and spoken English.Experience in large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects (Process Plant / Pipeline) and turnarounds.In-depth experience in construction planning, cost control, estimating, budget preparation. Proficiency in MS office is a must.Experience in working with latest software tools such as SAP, CostOS, EcoSYS will be desirable.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, particularly in the context of contract and scope changes.Strong skills that foster team growth, cohesiveness, productivity, accountability, and achievement of project objectives.
