Our digital wing specializes in YouTube growth-hacking, social media marketing and management, performance-driven content development, and creator collaborations.Our studios wing provides comprehensive post-production solutions for OTTs, media companies, films, web series, TV, and digital shows, along with localisation and adaptation services for international content.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, organised, and people-centric HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources operations at Cocoma Digital HQ.This role requires strong experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy creation, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and capable of building a positive and efficient work culture within a fast-paced creative environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, and team-building activities.Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance tracking, and HR documentation in Google Suite.Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor law requirements.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally.Conduct induction sessions, training coordination, and HR orientation for new joiners.Manage payroll inputs, leaves & attendance, and coordinate with Finance for monthly payouts.Lead exit processes including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.Support leadership with HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational development.Uphold company culture, promote professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in HR or related field.4–6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.Highly organized, approachable, and detail-oriented.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Experience in fast-paced creative, media, or digital environments preferred.Language & Communication ProficiencyLanguages: English (Required)Communication: Must be able to draft clear, professional communication, conduct interviews, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Should represent the company confidently in meetings and discussions.Tools & Technical ProficiencyGoogle Suite: Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar.HRMS / ATS tools knowledge preferred.Familiarity with payroll tools, compliance processes, and digital HR record-keeping.Hands-on experience with GreytHR application for attendance, payroll, and employee data management.Benefits and PerksHealth insurance coverage for all employees.Complimentary lunch, tea, coffee, and snacks.A collaborative, employee-focused, and growth-driven work culture.A Day at Cocoma Digital- HR ManagerYour day starts with reviewing hiring needs, employee queries, and HR priorities for the day.Midday includes interviews, HR documentation updates, and coordinating with department heads for ongoing requirements.Afternoons are spent planning engagement activities, resolving HR issues, tracking attendance, and supporting management on strategic HR initiatives.You play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening teams, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.If you are a passionate HR professional with a proven track record of success, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
