Team Leader – IT Inside SalesLocation: LucknowExperience: 3 to 6 YearsSalary: As per industry standardsIndustry: IT Software Solutions / IT ServicesJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – IT Inside Sales to handle and guide the sales team, manage client communication, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT software/services inside sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Handle end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, product pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.Draft professional sales emails, proposals, and client communication.Identify business opportunities through market research and client engagement.Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data.Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.Required Skills:Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).Good email drafting and presentation ability.Experience in IT software or IT solutions sales (mandatory).Team leadership and performance management skills.Knowledge of end-to-end inside sales processes.Ability to meet targets under deadlines.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
