We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our client organization's Finance, Accounts, Audit, Compliance and Secretarial functions.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience, preferably in a consumer-facing industry (FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables), and should have hands-on exposure to IPO planning, fund-raising, and investor relations.
