Role Expectations:● Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managingHR data.● Preparing job descriptions● Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements● Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally● Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques● Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process● Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees● Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the jobQualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.● Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.● Experience with MS Office.● Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
