Located in Ahmedabad, Agile BioScience is committed to partnering with industry leaders to drive innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role requiring the Senior Research Associate-Analytical to be based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analytical testing of biopharmaceutical products, including proteins and peptides, using advanced analytical techniques. Daily tasks include protein characterization, method development and validation, data interpretation, troubleshooting analytical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare detailed reports for clients to support biopharmaceutical development projects.Qualifications2-3 Years Expertise in analytical techniques such as Peptide Mapping, Glycosylation Analysis, Disulfide Bond Identification, and Protein Concentration EstimationProficiency with methods like RP-HPLC, Ion Exchange Chromatography, icIEF, and CE-SDS for protein isoform and charge variant analysisExperience with biophysical characterization, including methodologies like DSC, CD, FT-IR, and SEC-MALSStrong data analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills, including attention to detail and the ability to meet stringent regulatory compliance standardsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related fieldExcellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with ICH guidelines, especially ICH Q6B, is advantageous
