We deliver major administrative, residential, commercial, industrial, and urban developments across Africa and beyond.To strengthen our digital production team, we are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and committed BIM Modeler with strong architectural and/or technical modeling skills.Your ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP depending on your profile) in Revit.Develop drawings and deliverables for all project phases:SD (Schematic Design)DD (Design Development)CD (Construction Documents)Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project consistency.Work within BIM Collaborate / BIM 360 to manage and coordinate project models.Contribute to the development of internal BIM standards (templates, families, schedules).Prepare and update IFC files and support interdisciplinary coordination.Participate in clash detection reviews and coordination meetings.Profile & RequirementsDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field.5 to 10 years of proven experience in BIM modeling on real projects.Advanced mastery of Revit (required).Working knowledge of BIM Collaborate / ACC for collaborative workflows.Additional skills appreciated:AutoCADNavisworks (a strong plus)SketchUp / Enscape / Twinmotion (a plus)Strong understanding of building systems (Architectural / Structural / MEP).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.English proficiency is an advantage for international projects.Why Join Us?Work on ambitious and innovative projects in Africa and internationally.Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.Opportunities for career development toward BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager roles.A work environment that values quality, collaboration, and advanced technology.How to ApplySend your CV + Portfolio (PDF or online link) to: info@ Email Subject: Application – BIM Modeler – 2025
