Founded in 2022 by senior leaders from companies like HUL, GSK, EY Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, and Bain & Co., the institute bridges the gap between traditional business education and evolving industry needsResponsibilities :• Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring visual continuity, smooth transitions, and coherent storytelling.• Trim and arrange footage to achieve a seamless and engaging final product.• Incorporate visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall video quality.• Maintain a strong design sense, ensuring every frame is visually appealing.• Work closely with creative team to execute the vision and maintain brand consistency.• Grade and enhance video footage to achieve the desired look and feel.• Edit audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure a well balanced audiovisual experience.• Sync audio and visual components to create a seamless and professional final product.• Review and refine edited videos to ensure they meet the established standards of quality, style, and branding.• Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access for future projects.• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.Requirements :• Over 1 year of proven experience as a Visual Editor/ Video Editor.• Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.• Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.• Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.• A portfolio highlighting previous video editing work is preferred.This job description is a general overview and may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization.
