Operating across multiple geographies, the organization emphasizes disciplined investment processes, robust reporting frameworks, and a collaborative international work culture.Job DescriptionDevelop a strong understanding of real estate finance operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and reporting source data.Maintain solid knowledge of SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) and their relevance in real estate/PE structures.Perform SPV-level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers.Reconcile Gross Debt and perform Gross-to-Net Debt bridging.Support Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to determine borrowing capacity.Handle allocation and coding of project-level expenses using Coupa.Prepare quarterly Distribution Tracker for US real estate investments.Prepare quarterly Disclosure Reporting items for internal stakeholders (BX).Prepare quarterly SPV financial statements.Manage system setups, bank account creation, and SPV entity dissolution.Participate in process documentation and SOP creation.Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and lead process improvement initiatives.Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.Desired Candidate ProfilePost Graduate or Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong finance knowledge.Good understanding of the Private Equity business and its revenue model.1.5–2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and performance reporting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and works effectively under tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with global stakeholders.Ability to summarize large amounts of information quickly and effectively.Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)
