The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, fostering relationships with customers, and working on sales strategies to grow the company's client base. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively to present solutions, managing customer queries, and supporting the sales team in optimizing client satisfaction.
