Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Designer at Omniful, you will play a key role in shaping the design language and user experience of our AI-driven supply chain platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and data-driven interfaces that simplify complex workflows.You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that bring our products to life.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive designs.Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces for web-based SaaS applications.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Build and maintain Omniful’s design system to ensure design consistency across products.Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing B2B or SaaS web applications.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methodologies, and information architecture.Experience creating design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance creativity with system-level thinking in enterprise-scale design challenges.Preferred SkillsExperience designing for complex enterprise platforms (OMS, WMS, ERP, or SaaS tools).Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools, or micro-interaction design.Understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and responsive design principles.Exposure to UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and optimize user experiences.A design-first mindset with attention to detail, consistency, and usability.Why Join OmnifulAt Omniful, we follow a design-first approach where user experience drives every product decision.
