Job Description

A law firm is looking for a professional with strong expertise in bidding andtender management, particularly with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and othergovernment or institutional entities.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and track upcoming tenders across various government and PSUportals.• Prepare, compile, and submit bids and proposals in compliance with tenderrequirements.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with officials anddepartments where tenders are released.• Proactively pursue opportunities and leverage networks to bring relevanttenders and projects to the organization.• Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate submission of all bid-related documentation.Required Experience & Skills:• Proven experience in filing and managing tenders and bids, especially withPSUs and government departments.• 3-6 years of experience• Excellent understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, andsubmission procedures.• Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
