Role DescriptionAs a Client Advisor for website, you will be the first touchpoint for clients who discover Aisha Rao Couture online and connect through our website or WhatsApp.You’ll assist clients who are already familiar with the brand, guiding them through their couture journey — understanding their occasion, preferences, and timeline — and helping them finalize the perfect appliqué couture piece.This role blends personalized client service, styling insight, and digital sales coordination, turning client interest into meaningful couture experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with incoming WhatsApp and online enquiries, providing warm, professional, and prompt assistance.Understand each client’s occasion and guide them through suitable designs, color options, and customization possibilities.Share curated product visuals, lookbooks, and recommendations tailored to the client’s needs.Coordinate with design and production teams for customization requests, delivery timelines, and order follow-ups.Maintain a clear understanding of Aisha Rao’s design language, especially its signature appliqué craftsmanship.Record and manage client interactions using CRM tools and ensure smooth handovers to in-house stylists.Handle both domestic and international clients with discretion, cultural awareness, and impeccable etiquette.Achieve individual conversion goals while upholding brand tone and client experience standards.Stay updated on new collections, couture launches, and celebrity looks to provide relevant client recommendations.Qualifications & Skills1 year of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or client servicing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially over WhatsApp and video calls).Good understanding of fabrics, color palettes, and couture silhouettes.Strong interpersonal skills — empathetic, attentive, and confident in luxury communication.Tech-friendly: comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp Business tools, and catalog platforms.Organized and proactive in managing multiple client conversations.Fluent in English (knowledge of regional or international languages is an advantage).Education & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Communication, Marketing, or Luxury Brand Management preferred.Prior experience or internship with a designer or couture brand is a plus.
