Job Title: Regional Manager – Temporary RecruitmentJob Type: Full-time Qualification: Graduate / MBA In HR Location: Malad, MumbaiExperience: 8 - 10 YearsIndustry: Staffing/Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must) Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager – Temp Recruitment to lead and grow our Temporary Staffing operations for the assigned region. The role focuses on driving high-volume hiring strategies, managing a strong team of recruiters, and ensuring timely closures for seasonal, project-based, and contingent workforce needs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on sourcing expertise, strong client servicing abilities, excellent coordination, and data-driven decision-making skills. This role is key to achieving regional revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment delivery.Key Result Area:1. Generate Revenue through closing Mandates. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.2. Train new recruiters to achieve productivity.3. Review strength and weakness of the recruiters in the team and monitor closely their progress.4. Satisfactory Recruitment Services recruiting into permanent transfer.5. Ensure timely billing and collection.6. Develop strategies for timely closures and build revenue.7. Manage, monitor and train a large team of recruiters.8. Build strong client relations with effective client meetings.9. A close watch on achievement of targets and build revenue.10. Analyze data maintenance a dashboard on the team cost, cost per hire and automation costs.Skills Required:1. A proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of managers.2. Must have a good client service record of accomplishment.3. Looking after permanent staffing and temporary staffing.4. Worked on Retail, BFSI, Engineering, Auto Mobile, Manufacturing, Logistics & Telecom sector.5. Adequate knowledge of function of job portals6. Liaise with external recruitment agencies, negotiating rates and agency agreements.7. Must have a good client service record of accomplishment.8. Determine and revise recruiting policies and procedures and clarify as required to candidates, staff and hiring managers.9. Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/meet clients.10.
