Company DescriptionNational Logistics is an accredited freight carrier that provides reliable freight moving services across the nation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring schedules, and providing customer support. The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and improving operational efficiency.Assist Ops Manager in developing Weekly plan by Friday noon basedon driver and truck availability.Dispatch and confirm all drivers by Friday 4pm on available routes.Get involved in roadside issues to ensure dispatchers are makingright decisions.Participate in dispatch to manage overflow.Manage last minute plan changes due to driver or truck issues.Ensure post trip inspections items are entered by dispatchers to the G- form.Answer questions from other dispatchers.Participate in training new dispatchers.QualificationsCommunication: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teamsOperations Management: Experience in managing daily operations and schedules efficientlyCustomer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer support and satisfactionAdministrative Assistance: experience in coordinating administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day operationsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in related field is a plus.Preferred ; FROM KERALA ,INDIA Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary with a basic salary range of INR 30,000.00 to INR 35,000.00 per month depending on experience. Additionally, employees will receive a monthly internet allowance to support remote work needs.
