We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Administrator (L3) with a strong Linux background and hands-on experience managing production-grade OpenShift clusters (OCP v4) in on-prem (VMware) environments.If you have a passion for automation, troubleshooting, and managing enterprise-grade container platforms, we’d love to hear from you!Position: OpenShift Administrator (L3)Experience: 5-12 YrsLocation: Belapur - Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end OpenShift installation and configuration on VMware-based on-prem environments.Configure DNS, storage, networking, and logging solutions for OpenShift clusters.Administer and manage production OpenShift Container Platform (OCP v4) clusters.Manage OpenShift Operators including installation, upgrade, and lifecycle.Implement and troubleshoot OpenShift core components (Registry, Routes, Pods, etc.).Develop and automate operational processes using Shell scripting and tools like Ansible.Maintain system performance, uptime, and security.Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure and operations.Collaborate with DevOps, Networking, and Security teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and monitoring setup.Work closely with ISD and Infosec teams to resolve related issues.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Hands-on experience with OpenShift (v4 preferred) in production environments.Strong understanding of OpenShift architecture and components (pods, routes, registry, etc.).Experience configuring DNS, storage, and networking for OpenShift.Knowledge of Shell scripting for automation tasks.Proven experience in troubleshooting OpenShift environments and managing pod lifecycle.Exposure to infosec-related tasks.Good to Have:Basic understanding of GitLab CI/CD workflows.Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Logging and Monitoring tools.Basic networking knowledge (IPTables, firewalld, routing).Exposure to VMware vSphere infrastructure.Share your resume on tejashree.mane@
