Department FacilitiesGrade / Level G1A/G1B Designation Sr Facility Executive/ Executive - Technical Location NCRReporting To Facility Manager /Sr. Manager Facility Role & Responsibilities Prioritizing the Facilities’ needs. Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process.You’ll keep an eye out on the property’s supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients.You’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.Routine site round and critical area inspectionsResponsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift wise M&E Stock record & updateVendor Management (working at the site)Coordination with the LL teamCoordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activitiesManaging and preparations of material BOQ if required anyManaging and shifting manpower deploymentsInventory Management/Store managementEnsuring checklists updated upkeep of the facilityPreparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reportsEnergy consumption and data managementManaging weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMsMaintaining records of admin reportsIncident reports/records and tracker managementManaging Technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedulesM&E team briefings,Daily basis observations and closuresRecord of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM plannerWork permits its issuance and recordsGate pass and the material movementsProviding the data and reports to the client as requiredTime to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registersTime to time Training for the M&E teamsM&E team Attendance and recordsShift jobs and 6 days working Skillset requireda. Strong knowledge of property operationsb. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c.
