Let's discover together.Key Responsibilities:  Mentor and guide students preparing for the CGPSC examination through daily interaction and structured supportTake end-to-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomesDesign and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam-readyTrack, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalized improvement plansConduct small-group mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and exam-oriented guidanceEnsure all students feel supported, heard, and aligned with their learning roadmapCoordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless student management and data accuracySuggest improvements in study plans, curriculum structure, and student engagement processes based on observed needsSkills and Attributes:3–4 years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC)Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a strong understanding of exam patterns, strategy, and preparation disciplineStrong command over subjects relevant to CGPSC syllabus and ability to simplify complex conceptsExcellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistentlyHighly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performanceEffective classroom and one-on-one mentoring skillsStrong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate student data and progress reportsAbility to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance-based improvementsTech-friendly and comfortable using digital tools for tracking student progress and delivering mentoring sessionsAnyway, if all this sounds like your cup of tea, then Do APPLYWe look forward to hearing from you !!!
