Job Purpose:The role of Lead - Goa Garage Cafe will be completely responsible for establishing the Garage Cafe as a "must visit property in Goa” and create superior customer experience through the Cafe.The position will report to the Head - Brand Strategy & Operations and work closely with the Global Brand Commercial Organization.Position Overview:Location: GoaPosition Title: Lead - Goa Garage CafeReports to: Head - Brand Strategy & OperationsFunction: BrandWhat you’ll do:Drive the revenue and operations for the Garage Cafe and build it as a flagship brand beaconFully responsible for all aspects of all departments of the property, with focus on the cafe but expanding to sales and service of motorcycles.Evolve the property into a destination cafe in Goa by building the right experiences and managing demand genEnsure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guestsConduct regular operations team meetings with all the Leads to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, user feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.Inspecting all department with their respective Managers for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality cultureMonitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operationsAssessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery processIdentifying staff learning needs and assisting with developmentConduct regular meetings with marketing for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the businessResponsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotelAny other duties assigned.What you'll bring:Experience:7+ years of experience in Hospitality & retail industry.Possessing clear brand sensibility and creative abilities.Passion for motorcycling and experience of working with Lifestyle/youth brands would be an advantage.Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Full Time) - Specialization in Hospitality / RetailReady to Join Us?Apply via our website today.
