Our goal is to enhance the overall home buying journey for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior VP - Sales in Real Estate. The Senior VP - Sales will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role includes tasks such as Business Development, Sales Management, and maintaining strong client relationships.QualificationsProven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Sales ManagementSkills in Account Management and Sales OperationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
