The role involves developing engaging, learner-centric content tailored for diverse audiences and demographics, with a special focus on AI curriculum design.Key Responsibilities:Develop and design interactive e-learning content using Articulate tools (Rise 360, Storyline, etc.).Create structured lesson architectures for the learning modules, that align with course objectives and outcomesAdapt content to suit varied audiences across different geographies and demographics.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design high-quality AI curriculum content.Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with instructional design best practices.Demonstrate strong attention to detail in proofreading, editing, and quality assurance.Create supporting collaterals related to the course (e.g., quizzes, learner activity sheets, references, accessibility compliance)Incorporate feedback received from the project lead into revisions and improvementsAttend regular content syncs and provide progress updates.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content development and instructional design.Proven portfolio/demonstration of past work in Articulate-based projects.Experience in creating content for diverse audiences and learner groups.Prior exposure to AI-related curriculum or technical content development preferred.Strong writing, editing, and visualization skills.Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
