He/she should have a good experience and understanding of hotel kitchens/material/crockery/presentation/etc.Key responsibilitiesUnderstanding materiality/crockery/cleaning agents/etc.Understanding kitchen layout including equipments such as braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryersUnderstanding of storage units, washing area, etc. Understanding of washing & drying cycles as per company's operating procedures Setting up various stations with the appropriate crockery & utensils Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene QualificationsMin. 0-2 years of experience in a hotel, club, cruise, restaurant, etc.Extensive operational knowledge of hotel F&B operationsFlexible to relocate anywhere in northern India
