Solution Design & Development● Develop innovative solutions for Oracle CX Cloud implementations.● Analyze business requirements to align Oracle CX applications with client objectives.● Lead end-to-end design of technical and functional components, including integrations and customizations. 2. Implementation & Configuration● Configure and test Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud, VBCS, VBS, and OIC platforms.● Conduct demonstrations and client workshops to present solutions effectively. 3. Documentation & Quality Assurance● Produce comprehensive documentation on solutions, integrations, and migration strategies.● Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security and development protocols. 4. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing● Mentor junior consultants on best practices and solution delivery.● Promote continuous learning through shared knowledge and collaboration. Required Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● Experience: 3–8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle CX consulting.● Certifications: Oracle certifications in CX Cloud (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Skills & Expertise: Strong functional and technical understanding of:Oracle CX SalesOracle B2B Service CloudOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) / Studio (VBS) Proficient in: Groovy scripting, workflows, triggers, alerts, OTBI analyticsWeb development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)Integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, etc.) ○ Oracle PaaS components and tools (GIT, JIRA, shell scripting) Preferred Skills: ● Experience with global clients and multi-time-zone project delivery.● Prior experience with CRM tools like Oracle Siebel, Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.● Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.● Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.● Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.● Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
