We blend movement, mindfulness, and recovery to create transformative wellness experiences - from Pilates and sound healing to infrared therapy and meditation.As we expand our Pilates program, we’re looking for a Senior Pilates Instructor who brings both technical mastery and a deeply mindful approach to movement.About the RoleAs a Senior Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, you’ll play a key role in leading group classes, conducting private sessions, and mentoring junior instructors.
