The company is committed to excellence in project execution and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head of Projects – HVAC Contracting. The role entails overseeing HVAC projects from initiation to completion, including managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The individual will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, manage project teams, and collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to plan and execute large-scale projects effectively. Qualifications Strong knowledge and background in Mechanical EngineeringProficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoringProven expertise in Team Management and leadership, fostering a collaborative work environmentExperience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination within HVAC projectsHands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for project planning and executionExcellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldUnderstanding of HVAC system designs and their application in projects is an asset
