Hiring for Data Mining Specialist/ Power Bi: Immediate Joiners: 9-12 Yrs: Bangalore Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced knowledge of Power Query and DAX for building interactive dashboards and reports. • Advance Excel user, including building complex dashboard managing multiple source of data leveraging power query • Strong data engineering skills • Familiarity with JIRA for managing workflows and project tracking. • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • Python dealing with REST APIs is a plus.Non-Technical Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to translate data and research into actionable insights and recommendations. • Proven problem-solving expertise with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus. • Familiarity with Software project management domain is a plus. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
