The Digital Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with potential and current customers, generating leads through various channels, managing sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication between sales channels and customers.QualificationsCustomer Service and Lead Generation skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in Sales Operations and Channel SalesAbility to work independently and remotelyBasic understanding of digital marketing is a plusCan speak English, Kannada, Hindi and added knwoledge of Tamil, Telugu and Gujrati Languages.
