• Should have 8-10 years of troubleshooting experience in MacBook Support andproficient knowledge in Mac Operating System.• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, and hardware, usingcommand-line tools / MacOS• Should have Knowledge about Apple business management, Integrated DEPenrollment with JAMF Pro• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.• Strong understanding of device management principles, security, andcompliance.• Have good experience in Deployed macOS Security patches and Mac OSApplications• Required excellent skill in JAMF administration and configuration.• Should have good experience in packages through composer• Actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technicalinformation and documentation• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and endusers
