We are looking for an experiencedHR Managerto strengthen our team inPurnea, Bihar, and lead all HR functions across corporate and project sites. Role Overview As theHR Manager, you will manage the entire HR lifecycle — from hiring to onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. You will work closely with the senior leadership to build a strong workforce and a positive, growth-driven culture. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead hiring for Sales, CRM, Marketing, Engineering, Site Operations, and Administrative teams. Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and local industry networks. Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage end-to-end recruitment. 2. Onboarding & Employee Experience Conduct smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners. Ensure a positive integration of employees across corporate and project sites. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and welfare activities. 3. Performance Management Manage monthly/quarterly/annual appraisal cycles. Guide managers in goal-setting, feedback sessions, and employee evaluation. Maintain performance records and provide HR analytics reports to leadership. 4. HR Operations & Statutory Compliance Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements. Draft, update, and implement HR policies as per company standards. 5. Culture, Employee Relations & Admin Coordination Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment. Promote company values through culture-building activities. Assist with administrative coordination related to HR functions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably within Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industries. Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
