Role SummaryLead the complete design journey for HomeLane customers—from the first meeting to order booking and final design sign-off. Work closely with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly home designs.Key Responsibilities Meet customers, understand requirements, and present design concepts. Create detailed designs, quotations, and production-ready drawings. Use Google SketchUp to deliver accurate layouts and 3D views. Ensure designs are feasible on-site with minimal installation challenges. Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously. Track sales reports, project TAT, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Requirements Minimum2-year Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture . Mandatory residential project experience . Strongsite knowledgeand ability to design for practical execution. Customer-focused with a balance of function, aesthetics, and budget. Proficiency inGoogle SketchUp . Excellent communication skills— English required , local language preferred.
