The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of the billing cycle—frompatient registrationtodenial management , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections. The role requires the ability to effectively manage billing processes and work with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications: Patient intake, eligibility verification , andcharge entry Claims submission ,payment posting , andAR follow-up Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure thatauthorizationsare obtained before service delivery. Accurately process claims viaMedicare, Medicaid , andcommercial payers . PostEOBs/ERAsand reconcile payments with daily deposits. PerformAR callingto follow up on pending or denied claims, taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies. Identify and correctdenials, rejections , andunderpaymentsto ensuremaximum reimbursement . Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly preferred enerate and analyzeagingandproductivity reportsto support decision-making. Ensure all billing processes comply withHIPAAandpayer regulations . Coordinate withinternal teamsfor documentation, coding, and billing corrections.Required Skills: Expertise inEnd-to-End RCM(Charge Entry → Payment Posting → Denial Management) Strongcommunication ,analytical , andproblem-solving skills Ability to workindependentlyand meetproductivity targets Familiarity withmedical billing softwareand tools is a plus Previous experience in amedical billingorRCMrole ishighly preferred .Location:: Near VIT, Katpadi, VelloreShift:Night Shift (Only)Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthExperience: Medical Billing: 3 - 6 years (Preferred)Benefits: Health Insurance Provident Fund
