With a flagship state-of-the-art spice processing facility in Odisha, TFarms is poised to transform the region's farming industry, setting new standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions within the agro-processing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in talent acquisition through online platforms, a robust network within the industry, and a deep understanding of the sector's human resource needs.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company objectives. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other industry-specific portals. - Build and maintain a strong professional network within the agriculture and agro-processing industry. - Screen, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet organizational requirements. - Facilitate onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies. - Coordinate training and development programs to upgrade employee skills. - Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.Qualifications & Skills- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR management within the agriculture or agro-processing industry preferred. - Strong network and relationships within the industrial sector. - Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of industry-specific challenges and labor market trends. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with particular emphasis on recruitment and industry networking.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with top-tier clients and senior industry professionals. - ESOPs are a Plus. - Fast-track career growth in a high-performance environment. - Exposure to strategic decision-making and leadership development.
