Visit distributors and retailers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility. Expand market coverage by appointing new retailers and improving distribution. Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the team. Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and merchandising at outlets. Maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Review secondary & primary sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure timely collection of payments from the market. Requirements: Graduation preferred. 1–4 years of sales experience in FMCG (food/beverage/personal care). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local market and distributor handling. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
