Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bhuj. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining and developing client relationships, facilitating loan disbursements, analyzing client financials, and conducting credit appraisals. The role includes coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Relationship Manager will also actively participate in community outreach events to build a stronger local presence. Qualifications Customer relationship management and client servicing skills Experience in credit appraisal and financial analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using financial software and technology platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of housing finance industry and local market conditions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
