Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) role with a strong background in chemical industry. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven expertise in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, HSE Management System implementation.
