The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination ability, and experience handling multiple vacancies. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions. Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media. Source candidates through databases, job sites, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Communicate job offers and negotiate when needed. Manage HR documentation and administrative tasks. Collaborate with external agencies for manpower support. Ensure timely hiring based on company requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred (Gulf recruitment is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Good computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets). Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
