Job Responsibilities: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager from Banking or Soya industry to oversee our financial operations, including accounts, audit, finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a proven track record of driving financial performance and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Financial Management:Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Accounts & Audit:Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions. Conduct internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform financial planning. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and procedures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage insurance policies and claims. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a focus on accounts, audit, finance, and banking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
