From rigging to skinning to creating polished keyframe animations, you will be responsible for ensuring our avatars feel alive, expressive, and natural.Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality keyframe and mocap-based animations for avatars (dances, gestures, poses, emotes, loops) - Rig and skin characters with industry-standard practices - Retarget, clean, and refine motion-capture animations - Collaborate with our character and environment artists to maintain a consistent animation style - Set up animations in Unity (Animator Controller, Retargeting, IK) - Optimize animations for mobile performance - Work with designers to implement interactive avatar animations for social featuresRequired Skills- Strong proficiency in Maya/Blender for animation - Expertise in rigging & weight painting (mandatory) - Ability to clean and polish mocap data - Deep understanding of body mechanics(Anatomy) and animation principles - Experience with Unity animation workflows - Ability to handle end-to-end animation pipeline independently - 1–3+ years of professional animation experience (gaming preferred)Why Join UsBenefits include:-10 Sick Leaves and 15 Casual Leaves per year for a healthy work-life balance. -Work-from-Home Availability depending on project requirements. -Secured Future Growth within a fast-scaling company incubated under Startup Odisha (O-Hub) and IIT Bhubaneswar REP.
