Job Title: Procurement SpecialistLocation: West BengalEngagement: Full-timeNo. of Positions: 1Qualification:- Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized institution.Experience:- Minimum 15 years of experience in the public sector, preferably in the social sector. - Prior experience with bilateral/multilateral or externally aided projects preferred. - Strong understanding of government and international procurement procedures and applicable legal frameworks.Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication and analytical skills in English and Bengali. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills. - Transparent, participative, and team-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel and manage multiple assignments.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all procurement processes under WEP in coordination with DWCDSW, PMU, and other stakeholders. - Prepare TORs, REOIs, RFPs, and RFQs with technical inputs and ensure compliance with World Bank and State Government guidelines. - Handle bidder communications, pre-bid meetings, queries, and documentation. - Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and support audits as required. - Provide contract management support for consultants and partner agencies. - Coordinate with the World Bank, Finance Department, and DWCDSW for smooth procurement operations. - Build capacity of PMU and DWCDSW staff in procurement systems and processes. - Support the development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for procurement under WEP.Apply Now: Send your updated resume to hr.radiant.arch@
