TCS has established design and content studios across major cities, providing our customers with opportunities to create breakthrough experiences across various channels Our mission is to help clients around the world achieve their business goals through innovative and effective marketing strategies, services and high-quality content.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Content Operations leader to join our team to lead our Marketing and Content operations capability.If you have a knack for leading teams and a proven track record of delivering top-notch digital marketing and content services to clients globally, we want to hear from you!You’ll Do:- Strategize and Lead: Develop and implement digital marketing and content strategies for our global customers. - Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a talented team of digital marketing and content professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Operational Oversight of Digital Marketing & Content services - Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget - Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of engaging content across various platforms. - Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve our offerings. - Market Relevant offering: Develop new market relevant offerings that can be positioned with customers in the digital marketing and content Ops services space, including leverage of AI - Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team - Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our global clients, ensuring their needs are met with relevant solutions. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a unified approach to our digital marketing and content operations.We’re Looking For:- Experience: At least 10 years in digital marketing and content operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience working with global clients is a must. - Education: A Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - Skills: Strong understanding of global marketing trends, digital marketing, and content management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing software and tools.
