Position Overview:The Tender Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire tendering process — from identifying new project opportunities to bid submission and finalization. The role demands strong leadership, analytical ability, and expertise in handling multiple tender projects simultaneously while managing a team of 10–15 professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the complete tendering process for renewable energy and EPC projects. - Search, identify, and evaluate potential tender opportunities from government, private, and international sources. - Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, requirements, and commercial feasibility. - Coordinate with technical, finance, and procurement teams for cost estimation and proposal preparation. - Prepare bid strategies, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. - Conduct pre-bid meetings, vendor negotiations, and clarifications with stakeholders. - Supervise and guide the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions. - Track ongoing tenders, maintain tender databases, and prepare management reports. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors. - Ensure continuous improvement in tendering processes and documentation standards.Required Skills and Competencies:- Strong understanding of EPC project tendering (preferably in renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure). - Expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical-commercial evaluation. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and tender management software. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or related field. - MBA or PG in Project Management / Operations preferred. - 8–12 years of experience in EPC tendering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
